We were very disappointed in the Magica. We boarded in Copenhagen and visited Norway and the Fjords this past June. Thank goodness we were so delighted by the fjords and the ports, otherwise this would have been very unacceptable expereince. Most of the staff seemed unhappy and we had to remind them several times to get the things we needed from our Cabin Steward and from our Dining Room Wait Staff. It was a hard experience.

Pros: Norway and the ports

Cons: The staff members we met did not seem happy and did not take care of us very well.
