Review summary
the ship was new and beautiful. the food was terrible. the destination of casa de campo was non existent. the only way you could get there was through the ships own excursion. the service staff was below average. all ship announcements were in seven different languages which became old after a day. by far the worst cruise experience we have ever had. costa cannot compete with any other cruise line.Ship experiences
