The cruise was disappointing.

Sail Date: September 24, 2010

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We were very disappointed with all of the smoking. Smoking was allowed in the state rooms - we have been on over 10 cruises and never experienced so much smoking. There were usually lines in the buffet and the early seating was too late at 7:00 pm.

Pros: The cabin with balcony.

Cons: Too much smoking, too crowded in the buffet, not enough English on the TV.

Recommends Costa Concordia (RETIRED)? No.

Entertainment
Ship Quality
The decor was flashy.
Food and Dining
The food was very good in the restaurant and not much selection in the buffet. No heart healthy food.
Cabin / Stateroom
Very nice stateroom
Service and Staff
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
