Review summary

Our suite was very nice. Cabin service was adequate. Breakfast at Sabatini's, part of the suite package, was excellent. It took three trips and conversations with four people to get our cabin internet started. Two people flat out told us there was no such thing as suite unlimited internet. The unlimited internet was one of the amenities we based our choice of cruise lines on. My wife went to the Lotus spa twice, once for a pedicure and once for a massage. She would have used the spa more but the staff used every moment to sell additional services and products. She wanted to relax not listen to a high pressure sales pitch. The food in the dining room was at times below par. We had selected Any Time Dining but it turned out to be an empty promise. If you went prior to 800pm it was a 20-45 minute wait. Princess did not check to see who had selected Any Time versus Traditional Dining. Many that picked Traditional simply switched when they found this out, further extending the lines.
