Review summary

We have cruised with Princess before and we are very pleased with the cruise line. We enjoy the dining options and they do have the best pizza! Accommodations are comfortable and we had a room with a large balcony, something we very much enjoyed.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We opted for traditional dining and requested a private table and we were never disappointed in the quality of food. We ate one time at a specialty restaurant\, the Bayou\, because they had a jazz band. It was delicious!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Although we did not partake in every activity\, the choices were endless\, especially the music venue. We enjoyed the pianist and also the Jazz band and the Princess orchestra. We did a lot of reading on our balcony in the glorious sunshine!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our cabin steward got us an egg crate for the mattress\, making sleeping much more comfortable. He also got us sheets\, as the down comforter was a bit too warm for us. The adjustable AC in the room was more than adequate to keep the room a comfortable temperature.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Rather smaller ship than some makes getting around easier. Rooms and public areas are immaculate.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Everything in our stateroom was excellent! The location was near the elevator and close to ship center\, making everyplace easily accessible. We were in a cabin on the Caribe deck\, #C317.

Pros: Panama Canal was awesome!

Cons: Dunn Falls excursion in Jamaica
