Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Attention to detail was gone. My shower had mold and rust. I found a t-shirt and underwear in my room that was not ours. You could barely see through the balcony glass because of the paint splatters. The fridge had to be replaced twice and I was told it really wasn't meant to keep anything cold. We had an excursion changed and the Ships excursion staff had a hard time believing it was a totally different one than the one we booked. They finally believed us when I showed them "Celebrity's" confirmation. Used dishes were left in the public areas for longer than usual. Waiters in public areas were scarce. Service in the dining room was inconsistent. One waiter was down right rude. They were always running out of towels by the pool. I had such a great time on the last Celebrity cruise I couldn't wait to book this one. Not the same feeling this time around.Crying

Cabin / Stateroom
The cabin in itself was fine but the rust and mildew in the shower was a little daunting. The paint splatters all over the balcony and balcony glass could have been taken care of before we arrived (it was removed after I mentioned it)

we would go for an early morning run and dishes from the night before would still be found on the desks

One of our excursions was replaced with a totally different one and the on board staff did not believe up until I provided a confirmation from Celebrity
