It's great when Celebrity offers perks, but when they reduce service, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. This was the first Celebrity cruise and most likely our last. It is disappointing when you are on the sun decks or in the theatre and have to get out of your seat to get drinks. It was evident that they cut staff. Additionally, the ship can't be out of Heineken Lights one day into the trip. We paid for the concierge level and never once were contacted by the concierge. Been on NCL, RCL and Princess ant their overall cruises are much more enjoyable and a better value than Celebrity.
