We just returned from a repeat Celebrity Summit Southern Caribbean cruise. This time we had a stateroom on the 11th deck in Aqua Class. It was so convenient- short walk to aft elevators for aft dining; rear door down to 10th aft deck bar and forward door right out onto the pool decks and spa. The Blu specialty dining was great- very attentive personalized service remembering your preferences. We really enjoyed other specialty dining as well Normandie is a memorable treat. Also great lunches at Caf al Bacio.
Shows were fun.
Best highlight is at Huntes Gardens in Barbados. It is acres of exotic lush tropical plantings where you cannot take a bad photo with your cell phone. Anthony Hunte makes THE BEST Rum Punch anywhere he also has his own 10 year old rum- so plan your trip back to the ship accordingly. This time we took a Barbados 2BD bus to Sugar Hill where the driver dropped us at the entrance to the gardens. The bus fare is $2 BBD; admission to Hunte's $20 BBD per person. A taxi is easier- especially after the rum!

Pros: Aqua Class was great; various ports fun
