The ship itself is newly redone and very nice. We didn't like the atmosphere for this itinerary - too much a beach party.

Food and Dining

Highly recommend dining in the SS Normandie; it is worth the price. Main dining was adequate. However\, our sommelier was rude and inattentive.

Entertainment

Mostly pool party-related activities.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
We got very mixed cabin service. The asistant stewards were young/inexperienced but pleasant and tried. The senior steward made little effort to support his friendly words.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship is newly redone so everything is in good condition. e enjoyed that aspect very much.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This was the best part of the trip. Concierge Class cabin gave us more room and a very large veranda.

Pros: Our concierge class cabin had extra room and a very large veranda. Normandie was fabulous!

Cons: This is basically a party itinerary\, your beach crowd. If it had been our first Celebrity cruise\, we'd never return.

Recommends Celebrity Summit? No.
