This was our 50th cruise (2nd on Celebrity)and I rate this toward one of the more unpleasant. Some of the tours were not worth the money because of poor quides. Also\, of the first 4 tours\, 2 were canceled. One was weather related\, the other no interest. We had a problem getting an assigned table in the dining room and had to have the concierge work on it. Our safe did not work - kept locking shut. Had to have a new key made for the cabin door.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was not the best. Several pieces of meat were tough and overcooked. Not a very good variety of main dishes or desserts. Upset that there was a charge for anytime dining.

Entertainment

5 out of 5

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Ambert and Jonathan were terrific and table 335 waiters were very efficient even though one of the occupants ordered everything on the menu.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5

Pros: entertainment\, dining and cabin service

Cons: quality of food\, service in cafe\, contracted norovirus on ship
