Probably not going on Celebrity again

Sail Date: January 01, 2014

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Oceanview

Needs an update since there are many areas that are rusting and in need of repair. Small ship with not that many activities to participate in. Celebrity was supposed to be a step up from other cruise lines I have been on but was sorely lacking. Very disappointed.

Pros: staff in the dining room

Cons: whole ship

Recommends Celebrity Summit? No.

OVER the top cheesy and hard to watch. We stopped going to the shows since they were so bad.
Service and Staff
As I mentioned above the dining room staff were awesome. The stateroom attendant was great. Staff in the other areas of the ship were not friendly and rude. They were not helpful on numerous occasions.
Cabin / Stateroom
Lots of rusted areas in the bathroom and lots of loose tiles in the shower area.
Food and Dining
The food was hit or miss in the dining room. Some night it was amazing and other nights just okay. We were expecting something more grand and over the top and did not receive anything like that.
Ship Quality
