Staff very nice and Summit showing it's age.

Overall cruise was less upscale than expected but nice.  I would put as equal to the RCCL cruises; especially on the smaller boats like Grandeur.  There was nothing GREAT about the boat or staff although the SUMMIT is showing it's age.  CCL appears to paint over rust instead of removing it; thus a lot of unsmooth areas on exterior with rust creep trails.

Billing and customer service staff less than effective and billing problems took numerous visits and eventual involvement of department manager.  I think working with their corporate offices in Miami is part of the problem.

Bermuda is always nice and holds no surprises (good or bad) other than weather changes.
