Review SummaryWhen you have to ask specific service managers 3 and 4 times to take care of problems, and they never bother to followup to see if the problem has been addressed and fixed, they are no longer serving people.
Celebrity has done away with buffet, serve yourself food service on deck 10.
You have to repeatedly ask for more than they determine you should have. The chaos that results from longs lines simply adds to the maddness.
Also, as other lines do, they should provide a card that identifies key areas of the ship - in large enough type for most humans to be able to read without a magnifying glass.
Our stateroom gal and our table head waiter were a refreshing change from the rest of the crew. To be forced to pay gratuities to people that didn't serve you as they should is a joke.
Will we ever go back. No.
Ports of Call
Pros: not much.
Cons: Celebrity has proven that "service is dead". They have also taken their food sevice on deck 10 to new lows in cruising.
