I felt cheated, the food was some what less than I had experienced on other cruise lines. the ship creaked and seemed unstable in moderate seas.
Consierge class has absolutely no added value for the additional funds paid.
The premium paid for the Holiday sailing is also just a way of getting extra money from the passengers with no tangible value.

Pros: I think the staff worked their butts off
