Wow, the Summit is a beautiful ship and in very good condition. The staff was so friendly and very professional. We loved our CC room and found everything to be just as we expected from having sailed on the Galaxy in the same type of room. Our room steward and his assistant were excellent. We didn't mind having a door connecting to the room next to us. We solved the smoke from their room coming into ours by duck taping the door. Thanks to others who have suggested this - it works. Our room steward was very impressed, too.

The Cosmopolitan food quality of food needs to be tweaked a little. It really needs some new recipes and maybe fewer items on the menu to increase the qualifty of what is being served. Our waiter was excellent and very helpful. He always suggested the best recipes. We also thought our assistant waiter was excellent, too. The Asst. Maite came by every evening and was very personable and enjoyable. We also found the wine steward to be very helpful and so polite.

The Embarkment went really fast and was very easy. The ship's staff waiting with the drinks were very appreciated.

The entertainment on the ship was first class. We were very impressed by the quality of the guest performers they had. We really enjoyed the piano performer and the violin performer. The Cirque de Soleil performance was really wonderful.

The White Masquerade Party was really a lot of fun and very well attended. There were so many people dancing the dance floor was full the entire time.

We thought the Express Valet Service to Debark was outstanding. We didn't have any problems with our luggage and it arrived all at once at home, even after a plane change.

Would definitely recommend taking the 14 night cruise to Hawaii on Summit. It was really worth the money.

Pros: Loved the Cova Cafe Pastries

Cons: The qualitly of the food in the Cosmopolitan
