This was our first cruise, so we didn't know what to expect. We live in San Francisco and could be considered food snobs. We expected "rubber chicken" banquet meals, but instead got what we considered to be very good meals with lots of choices. We carried wine on board to be corked at dinner, but if we had it to do over, we would have bought their wine, as the mark-up wasn't too bad.The staff was great, scenery was spectacular, and the cruise exceeded our expectations. Our cruise was Alaska, Seward to Vancouver. Embarkation was a snap. No delays at all.
