The ship needed some updating and some maintenance. Noticed a lot of rust on the outer parts of the ship from our balcony. Our room was below the food court and there was a lot of cart movement above us all night. Our luggage was damaged by the trucking company but the staff on Summit made every effort to fix it and make it usable for our return trip home. We received numerous calls to assure everything was alright. The food was great.

The sound system needs to be reviewed. The music is so loud during the shows you cannot understand what the singers are singing.

Some of the towels need to be replaced. We were in concierge category and many of the towels, floor mats were very worn and torn.

Pros: Exceptional crew & customer service

Cons: Room was noisy, Room never got cool-some air conditioning issues
