The ship lived up to it's reputation of high standards during the cruise but failed badly at the dock in Ft Lauderdale. After we found our luggage the porter load someone else's luggage on the cart in place of ours, he then proceeded to load the luggage on the airport shuttle bus that we had booked on the Summit. It was not discovered that we were missing one piece of luggage until we arrived at the air port. After meeting with a Celebrity official at the airport we were told that we could not return to the port to retrieve our lost bag. After many calls to Celebrity customer service, who were rude and unresponsive ,our bag was found and shipped to us COD ($46.00). The bag was delivered to us 10 days later.
