Very clean and maintained. All employees are courteous and are all trying to make you happy!

"Overall the ship and the cruise were very good but there were little things that my family and others we talked to on the cruise noticed that prevented us from rating this cruise as excellent (which most other Celebrity cruises are). Issues included wait staff not being as friendly as in the past and our waiter constantly being critical of my wife if she ordered the vegetarian meal or did not finish her entire entry; slow service in that it took up to 45 minutes to just get or appetizer or salad; ran out of some food items in cafe and tables were slow to be cleaned; fitness center was to warm; guest relations on 3 occasions could not answer our simple questions; departure was totally disorganized (worst I ever saw on the 10 cruises I've been on); party band played in the foyer (vice in the party lounge) which was over crowded with very limited seating and band sometimes only played for 30 minutes; ship was beginning to look a little worn and in need of refurbishment."

We enjoyed the overall cleanliness of the ship, wait staff were quite friendly and helpful at least the ones that spoke and understood english. They all did try to their ability. Our accomodations were very satisfactory. Overall we were very happy with the cruise. I needed help to get through the initial boarding proceedures. I was taken thru in a wheelchair and the staff was wonderful. I should have asked for the same service when debarking as it was a very, very long walk from the ship to deboarding area. I was happy to have a porter to take our bags to the transportation dock; He was also very accomodating.

The SOLSTICE started sailing several years ago, but everything about it seemed BRAND NEW. Employes were constantly wiping down railings, table tops, chairs, etc. It was always immaculate! We got to know our Room Steward, our Table Waiter and his Assistant, the manager of the Captan's Club, the Bar Waiter in the 3rd Floor Lounge, etc. - and hated to leave several of them. We met another couple on the ship with whom we will always stay in touch, and perhaps meet up with them on another cruise soon.

GREAT! BEST TIME EVER WITH FAMILY AND PEOPLE THAT WANTED TO GIVE YOU THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE. CLEAN AND DELICIOUS WAS THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE, THE SHIP GIVES YOU THE LUXORY EXPERIENCE AND MAKES YOU FEEL SPECIAL.

Small cabins; so so cleanliness and service; substandard dining....buffet and dining room.

We were looking for a Holiday cruise, have been on most all the other lines but hadn't tried Celebrity. We will be back.

All of the ships personnel were extremely friendly and caring. Very efficient cruise.

Great ship, good service, excelent shows. The environment is modern and cozy, it seems that after the first day you know the main characters and all are very friendly and accomodating.

Spotlessly clean and well maintained

This was my first cruise trip and I have to say it was quite enjoyable. I had a great first experience! The cruise was seven days and visited several locations, but I have to say I did not have one dull moment. There was plenty of activities to keep oneself busy. The food was delicious and in the plenty. The service was exceptional! I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone who is looking for a great trip (:

This ship was stunning! Clean lines, fresh bright colors and great use of space. Dining areas were spacious public areas with good traffic flow. Never seemed congested and the cruise was sold out.

The ship was very clean and beautiful. Staff was pleasant. Did not receive our luggage from airlines until 3 days into cruise so we missed touring first three ports trying to find clothes. Celebrity did help us locate bags and gave us two tshirts and some toiletries.
