Ship was clean and easy to navigate. It didn't seem crowded at all though the ship was fully-booked. Captain was entertaining with his daily messages and the way he navigated closer to the glaciers was incredible. We enjoyed the guest speaker who spoke about his journeys and his quote for the day.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The buffet was a little disappointing in terms of quality level of food but it had enough variety to make up for it. Many of the dishes were too salty though. The main dining room food was excellent for being free as well as the specialty restaurants. Liked the last minute discount at the specialty restaurant but would probably be a bit upset if I booked all options in advance at full price. We only had pre-booked one.

Especially enjoyed the magic show\, hypnotis show and the cirque du soleil show. The glass blowing show was nice too. There needed to be more repeat times though for these shows and activities as we didn't have time to do or see everything we wanted to do especially on port days.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All the staff everywhere were pleasant\, polite and helpful. Even in the public washrooms. The room steward and assistant were super friendly\, cheerful and greeted us by name. They made sure our daily needs were always met. The main dining room waiter and assistant were very helpful in our dining selections (we were fortunate to have the same one 3-4 times or maybe that was the way it was planned). It was amazing to watch the staff in the whole restaurant move like a well-oiled machine.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Loved the way the host/greeters sprayed your hands everywhere you went\, the cleanliness of public bathrooms\, decor and ease of navigation throughout the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The Veranda stateroom we had was good-sized and very clean. The bathroom shower was a nice configuration and the room had plenty of storage space. The veranda provided nice views.

Pros: The food\, shows\, people and service. Pretty much everything on the ship.

Cons: The sightseeing shore excursions were only so-so\, pricey and disappointing. Finding out that the ports would offer comparable tours for cheaper made us a bit upset. Port shopping was just like a tourist shopping area. Bingo was the most disappointing-very expensive and only three games.
