Soltsice is great ship.

Sail Date: September 01, 2012

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

This was our second cruise on the Celebrity Soltsice. The service was probably the best we have ever had. The food was excellent. The captain closed every announcement with some words of wisdom that left us looking forward to his next comments. Very fun. Now for the thing that stood out the most. Alejandro our cruise director. He was fun, lively, vivacious, and funny. He made the entire cruise a complete pleasure. What ever it takes do not let him get away. Fantastic.

Pros: The Service.

Recommends Celebrity Solstice? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
The food was always served hot and appealing. Quality was excellent and the portions were just right. We did have the opportunity to dine in the Tuscany restaurant and quite frankly we did not find the service or the food up to par. I. For one had the ribeye steak. I would rate my steak as probably the worst ribeye I have ever eaten.
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
The entertainment was fun and good variety. Very quality entertainment. The violinist\, and pianist were superb. The acrobatic\, dancers and jugglers were just as good. Very entertaining.
