Review summary

Easy to get around, even with a wheelchair. The stateroom for wheelchair accessibility was spacious, plenty of elevators. Carpeted areas were difficult for manual chair bcs they were cushy, but help all around if you really need it. Food was great! Service great! Beverage package worth it if you are having liquor >5 a day + soft drinks and water. Bars and staff wonderful. Need I mention sunrises and sunsets? Shore excursions limited for wheelchair due to local places' inaccessibility, but on and off ship was made easy due to staff and security personnel. Overall: great, for our first ever cruise!

Children's Programs

There were a lot of families with young children not in the daycare. Those in diapers were not allowed in the pools, and were running around the pool area. It might be good to have a 'nursery' or childcare option for the diaper-dependent group.

Service and Staff

One night, very late, we had a fall. A staff member nearby called two other men, and helped lift from floor to the bed with "not a problem" and were so gracious about it.

Cabin / Stateroom

Loved wheelchair accessibility of stateroom. Couldn't get through doorway of regular room though, where other family were.

Ports of call

San Juan, Puerto Rico

We stayed on the ship which was nice and quiet and peaceful. There were no sure wheelchair accessible activities, and we didn't want to shop. Heard great things from others.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Family who went to beach raved about it. We went a short distance off at port, and there was just shopping stuff to do. The island looked pretty from the high decks of the boat, and it was really hot and sunny.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

We took the only wheelchair accessible tour of all the shore excursions, and it took us to pretty overlooks, and to shopping places. The overlooks were very scenic.

Pros: great service and I didn't get seasick

Cons: too short
