It was a nice cruise

The adult pool area is beautiful. We have been on two other Celebrity cruises and this one turned out to be our least favorite. The previous cruises were wonderful. The service in all areas were great, the food and dining selections better. The shows on this cruise were disappointing except for the last one on the ship which was very good. There were no after or before show entertainment in "Michaels Club" like there was on the Constellation. We always looked forward to stopping in for a drink and there and be truly entertained. The Solstice is beautiful although a little too modern for my taste.

Our last cruise (Panama Canal) was on the Constellation, beautiful ship as well and a ltitle warmer atmosphere.

Pros: Our Conciege stateroom and the healthy food available near the spa

Cons: the service and the disembarking

Very clean and pretty much good attention to detail

San Juan, Puerto Rico
We took a city tour of Puerto Rico and were glad that we did as we found it informative and pleasant
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
We went on the Catamaran for snorkeling, swimming, etc. and the crew was wonderful. They served Champagne, beverages and snacks on the return trip. It was lots of fun and very beautiful.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
We took a bus tour and it was just okay as the driver's description of the area and sites wasn't very clear. We did enjoy the touring and shopping that we did on our own in town very much. The beach was very nice and there was a lot of activity going on.
Don't Miss: Going to town on your own and enjoying the restaurants, people and shopping.
