Totally relaxing!

Sail Date: April 03, 2011

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Suite

The ship is in great condition and beautifully decorated. It is big, but that is great because it never felt crowded.

Pros: The ship itself and the food

Cons: Some of the other guests

Recommends Celebrity Solstice? Yes!

Ship Quality
Public areas are beautifully decorated, evertyhing is very clean. First class!
Food and Dining
The food is fresh, lots of variety and even in the main dining room the quality is very high. The main dining room is beautiful and the service is exceptional.
Lot;s to do, but we kind of did our own thing.
Cabin / Stateroom
Beautiful suite, great bath room, thick towels, crisp linens, two huge flat screen tv's.
Service and Staff
Specially main dining room staff is great. Some of the bar personnel has an attitude.
Children's Programs
Program looks great, but our kids were too amazed with the ship and did their own thing.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Island is kind of run down. We were very happy to be back on the boat.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
There are some nice areas, Dutch habour area and the french capitol. The beach by the airport is amust! Go there after 1 PM and see all the planes coming in. Overall the island is a little disappointing.
San Juan, Puerto Rico
