Review summary

Very contemporary decor. Long walk to get any kind of a snack after the main show. Other than cocktail service, very difficult to get assistance with anything. Many amenities we have been used to, and looked forward to, were eliminated. Aside from the wonderful entertainers, the cruise and ship were a huge disappointment.

Main dining room was excellent, but that's it. Long lines everywhere else and could not serve yourself....not even a glass of juice.

Best entertainment of any of the 15 cruises we have been on.

Service and Staff

They were nice enough, but never anybody around to help out in the cafe and long lines at Guest Relations with only one person working the counter.

Ship Quality

Spotlessly clean and public areas well tended to. Ship was a little too big for our liking. Could never get 2 chairs together at the pool.

Cabin / Stateroom

Large and well laid out with very ample space for storage. Very clean. Bed had a new "egg carton" foam topper on the mattress which was VERY comfortable.

Ports of call

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Dutch side is clean and beautiful. Love the old cobblestone streets. French side is dirty, run down and the people are rude. Marigot is quaint, but Americans have trouble getting service in the restaurants.

Friendly, out-going people, eager to please. Clean and very beautiful. Megan's Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Charlotte Amalie has so many original structures with the insides remodeled for shops.
