Review summary

WOW! After 35 cruises, this has to be one the very best! Beginning with the custome service I received when booking, the onboard credit we rceived when booking, to the follow ups by email or by phone. We went into this cruise not expecting a lot, and it more than met are expectations. We would highly recommend to family and friends, and will continue to use them as a source and a wealth of information and knowledge. We have been on the Solstie before and really enjoyed the ports, and the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We dined in Blu every evening with the Aqua Class cabin, as before, and really love the attention you would expect to receive in this private dining area.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Very good, But we did expect better. I think the cirque show, really didn't meet our expectations.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
They have bumped it up a notch since our maiden voyage. The staff is much friendlier than the first go around, and go up and beyond to help out.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Beautiful as before and very clean. The decor is fabulous!

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The cabin is beautiful, but space is limited. No complaints. We have adapted to the limited space they provide for clothing, and have just packed what is needed.

Ports of call

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

5 out of 5
The private yacht tours with snorkling and the shopping downtown
Don't Miss: private yachts and snorkling with sea turtles "Jolly Mon"

San Juan, Puerto Rico

5 out of 5
Love Puerto Rico. We always go to the Convent, and Sofia's. It's a little Italian Restaurant, that is wonderful on each visit!
Don't Miss: Sofia Restaurant, The convent(Bed and Breakfast), and of course the fort, and cemetary overlooking the ocean

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

5 out of 5
WOW, this was the first we ever rented are own vehicle on the island, and will do so from here on out. It is well worth the money, and safe.
Don't Miss: Renting a private vehicle, and seein the entire island on your time!

Pros: Not execting alot

Cons: nothing
