My Girlfriend and I went the week of Thanksgiving. The boat was completely overrun with "Alternative Lifestylers" to use the politically correct term for the gender confused. The 11th deck stunk consistently of sewage - there was a broken sewage pipe. The dining room was very mediocre, food was below par, and please feel free to avoid the sweetbread entree's and appetizers - it is veal brains/thymus glands, sauteed or poached in a milk broth. They should not be trying to feed americans this eurotrash crap. Yeeechhhh!! Also - the best food on the ship is only available in the specialty dinning rooms which they typically charge an extra $10 to $30 per person per meal on a trip that was supposed to be all inclusive except alcohol. The midnight buffet absolutely sucked. It was like a cheap appetizer party nothing like you would expect from a new ship on an it's first season.... Boo!

Pros: The ports of call

Cons: The ship seems very small for it's size, balcony rooms are fairly small

Recommends Celebrity Solstice? No.
