Solstice is the Most Elegant Ship Afloat

Sail Date: March 01, 2009

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

The Solstice is the most elegant large ship afloat. The public areas are 5 star, the cabins are cheerful and smartly designed, with comfortable furnishings, Large HD Flat panel TVs, internet access and plently of storage space. This ship is spectacular, from the 5 restuarants, martini bars, even the buffet is well designed. The food is excellent and service very professional. The ship even has a lawn on the top deck for boccie ball, golf- putting green and crocquet. We have been on several cruises before, including Celebrity's other ships and on Holland America, Crystal. I can honestly say the Solstice experience was the best! I highly recommendthe Solstice!

Pros: Ship is gorgeous! great food, service attentive and professional
