Anticipation excitement!

Sail Date: October 01, 2008

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Being a cruise veteran of 24 cruises, my husband and I are so looking forward to this new and innovative way of designing a ship. For the first time, we chose our cruise by the ship, not the ports. We have a bocce ball court in our backyard so the grass on top will be one of our favorite haunts on the ship!

Pros: Everything - it all seems to be what cruisers like!

Cons: Hopefully nothing!

Recommends Celebrity Solstice? Yes!

Ship Quality
The preview photos and diagrams are outstanding!
Food and Dining
We are in AquaClass and are looking forward to dining in the "Blu" restaurant.
Cabin / Stateroom
A serene feeling in a stateroom is just what a traveler needs and wants.
Service and Staff
How can the staff not be pleased to be onboard?
We love the entertainment on the other Celebrity ships and their reputation precedes them.
Children's Programs
We will check out the program to return with our kids and grandchildren.
