Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Waitstaff were all very attentive including bar staff. Cabin attendants also all received high praise from my 60 plus group. Officers all very friendly but I wasn’t a fan of fist bumps instead of hand shakes but understand the reasoning
Ship Quality

All areas were being cleaned and we all felt they were doing all they could to keep the public spaces germ free. All the passengers were complying too using the hand sanitizer. No one sick on this cruise!
Took a private off ship excursion. Visited many places offered on a ships tour that was sold out but also went to a few stops they didn’t. We did pay o few dollars more than the ships tour and also an entrance fee and lunch charge
Took a hop off, hop on train from the port around the town of St. George. Interesting but was disappointed they didn’t mention or k ow about the US stopping Cuba from building an airport, rescuing American students at university or American lives lost. Would like the ship to organize a history tour taking people to the airport, college where there is a monument to the lives lost and the fort above the bay.
Off all the ports, this was one I had never been to but by the time we left the ship we only had time to walk around the shops at the port. Did mKe a donation the their animal welfare group though so felt good about that
Took a private tour with friends but no one was thrilled with it, probably because the van driver wasn’t very interesting. Also dismayed about locals taking pictures with their baby monkeys. They have to remove them from their mothers at an early age and I believe that to be animal abuse and I don’t condone that
We had several people in our group using wheelchairs that were refused debarkation by one crew member when their number was calledbecause there were too many and they couldn’t go in a group (there were 6) but they took off with several people in higher numbers and left them there. Our group bus was late leaving by two hrs from the scheduled time. Totally unacceptable behavior by this crew member. I know wheelchairs are a hot commodity but take people off when their number is called as you have wheelchairs, not skipping over to take others off first
