This was our first Celebrity cruise and I would take another one. I'd like to try one of their newer ships, although I had no complaints about the reflection.
Embarkation

The embarkation experience was fairly seamless. I did notice that although I had a reservation in the first time slot, there were lots of people who were already checked in and waiting to board when we got there. They apparently were allowed to start prior to the first scheduled appointment time.

Food and Dining

We ate in the main dining room only, no specialty dining. The food was delicious in the Opus dining room and the service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and we couldn't have asked for better service.
Onboard Activities

We enjoyed relaxing and having drinks around the pool. The one negative was there was no one taking orders and delivering drinks. That was fine, I didn't mind going to the bar myself. However, the Pool Bar was crowded and it took forever to get a drink. In the mobile app it said the Mast bar was open but it was not so there was only the Pool Bar to get a drink. The Mast Bar finally opened about 2 hours later.
Entertainment

There was always music on the ship and it was good. We only went to one show, the 70s Music show and it was very good.
Service and Staff

We had a great server in the main dining room. He was very attentive. One night my husband was not feeling well during dinner and I asked that his food be put in a To Go plate. They said they would bring it and they almost be us to our room they were so fast.
Ship Quality

The ship was very nice and it was very clean. Even the public restrooms were very clean. I saw employees cleaning, sweeping, mopping all the time. The buffet area was kept very clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

I was very happy with our cabin except that there were no shelves in the closet and there was only three small drawers for our clothes. However, I did find (at the end of the cruise) that there were two large storage areas with lift up doors above the bed. Other than that, we were very happy with our cabin. The bathroom was plenty big with lots of storage. The shower was large enough to take a shower without running into the walls.
Ship tip
My advice would be to go outside at night. Its so beautiful at night, the ship has colorful lights near the pool and the water is lovely when the moon is lighting it up. I would also say the Sunset Bar was our favorite venue and we went every night.
This was my second time visiting Coco Cay in the last 2 months. The first time was in September. We were on a very large Royal Caribbean ship and another ship was in port with us. It was fine, not crowded and you could get a ride in the trolley easily. On this visit on Reflection we were in port with a large Royal Caribbean ship and the island was so crowded. We did not enjoy it nearly as much. It took too long to get a drink, there was a line at the women's restroom, and we had to walk from South Beach to the ship because every time a trolley came by it was already full and we couldn't get on. That was annoying because it's a pretty long way and we were carrying beach bag and towels, etc.
Bimini was on our itinerary but we were told on the ship that due to weather we could not go to Bimini and had to go to Nassau. This was very disappointing because we had never been to Bimini and were looking forward to it. We've been to Nassau many times and I don't desire to ever go back. The weather at Nassau was perfectly fine, so I don't know how far Bimini is from Nassau but I didn't see any bad weather.
We carried our luggage off and left early due to having a 10:30 flight. Again, the instructions said to meet at a certain place at 7:30 to carry luggage off and when we got there it was packed. There must have been hundreds of people already in line. However, once it got going it was fine. The process was fast and we got to the airport in plenty of time. The one thing that was horrible was the ride share area. If you are looking for a certain Uber car and you are trying to verify the tag it was almost impossible. The area was way to small and it was three lanes which made it hard to see across to find your Uber. That process needs to be looked at and redesigned.
