waiters seemed that all they were trying to do was to get the extra tips i booked a concierge level room which supposed to come with key holder and a bottle of sparkling wine which i never got it took along time to clean the room

Thanks for the review. It’s not the first time I’ve heard that people were disappointed with concierge class. The expectations seem higher than the reality.

Concierge level should offer a top notch experience, I think. Sorry for that.But I think all the cruise lines 3 and 4 day cruises seem sub-standard, due to a lot of similar complaints. Unfortunately, it seems this is how the industry is going to make up for rising costs.

I did a Mexican cruise on the Eclipse last December at a concierge level and they offered the sparkling bottle of wine. I left a note to the room steward to receive it and he put it out and we drank it. We got home and noticed a 30 dollar charge for the bottle. I called them and explained it was in their offer and they deducted the fee. Otherwise it was a great cruise. Loved the balcony cabin, food, service and ship.
