Mediocre. The spa was the best part of the ship! Very relaxing. What ruined my experience was the smell of the cabin. Everything went down hill from there

Server at the Tuscan grill was very good and attentive. However our room attendant not so much. We had to ask for towels and washcloths twice. He just handed them to us and the room had a smell to it. He did clean it but the previous guests must have gotten sick and it lingered. It made my stay uncomfortable to be in the room. For this experience alone determined that I don’t want to cruise on a celebrity ship again. We “upgraded “ to Conceirge but there was no difference except for a cheese plate being delivered to the room. Not even an animal designed towel left in the bed with chocolate at night. All other cruises this is usually the standard

Sorry your cruise was disappointing. Our January cruise on the Reflection was quite the opposite with excellent service.

This is our sixth cruise on Reflection since May. We were in concierge cabins on 4 of them and the last two were in regular balcony. The last ending today. Other than extra points and gross canapes delivered each day and a $5.00 bottle of wine, concierge is not much different than a normal balcony as you pointed out. Not worth the extra $. Our cabin on the last cruise also had a bad smell. This cruise, our cabin steward was the worst we have ever had. He put a twin sheet on the king bed sideways and we did not see it until we got into bed and it was short sheeted. He came into our cabin while we were at dinner the first night and stole our hangers that we needed to hang up our dinner clothes, then lied about it. There were other problems too so don't think this person did a fake review just because you never experienced such things.
