Review summary

It BLOWS MY MIND that there were NO BATHING SUITS available in the shops. The sales lady said they were sold on clearance on the last cruise. Clearly that information didn't help me. Bathing suits should be a staple. Delta screwed up my luggage and it never made it to the ship. Fortunately I packed a bathing suit in my hand luggage otherwise I would have not had anything for the pool, snorkeling (which got canceled) or day at Coco Cay. Purchase options for other items in shop was super limited. Took a ton of options to my room to try on and kept 1 pair of white linen pants ($128) and 1 cover up ($10) and a pair of flip flops ($34--ridiculous but I had no options). YOU NEED BETTER TOOTHBRUSHES IN THE TOILETRY CASE. The one thing I wanted to do was brush my teeth and the toiletry case was very appreciated but the toothbrushes were HORRENDOUS. This is where it was evident that Celebrity wanted the cheapest priced toothbrushes and you certainly achieved that goal. When people need a toiletry case it's because they had some kind of issue and are already in a sad mood. This is not the place to skimp. With the whole airline/Crowdstrike issue, the ship should have been more prepared for those without luggage. Truly a missed opportunity.

Our flight was cancelled on Saturday and due to the Delta Crowdstrike issues, we almost missed the ship. Once we got to the port with 30 minutes to spare, it went smoothly. The advantage of being the last 2 people to board.

Drinks were ok. Buffet was super confusing. Kept getting lost and couldn't find my table.

The heavy sales pitch following the massage was not appreciated. In fact, I felt like I was always getting a sales pitch of some sort. Find lounge chairs in the Solarium was challenging.

Waiters and Peri, our room steward were super nice. The plate of cheeses and nibbles in the afternoon in Concierge class was underwhelming. Our wine steward, Tapas, was super nice.

Our snorkeling excursion was canceled just as we arrived at the location. Since Delta lost my luggage, we walked around Nassau a little and bought necessities.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

The whole place is WAY overdone. Felt like a theme park rather than a private island. Rented cabana in Hideway Cove which was nice although plastic furniture looked a bit cheap. Our steward, was super. She was very helpful.

Wanted a quiet beach and excursion lady suggested Radio Beach. Aweful. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were worn/frayed/broken. Broken glass bottles in parking area. Obviously a depressed area. Excursion options not good.

Wow, sorry that happened, but it sounds like the review was misplaced anger with Delta. I would have been angry also, but I would have definitely tried harder to not focus on the things I couldn't control and made the best of it. Thanks for sharing 😊

Resort World beach in Bimini is awesome, not that it helps you now. Great pools and spectacular beach. We are booked to do it again next winter in Bimini
