Review summary

The different ports were what made this such a wonderful trip. While it does keep you busy and you get lots of walking in, the sights are worth it out. Each one had something to offer that made it special. Surprisingly Gilbrator was probably my favorite based on just the history of it's location and importance based on location. Plus the monkeys made it very interesting visit.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Service and staff were fine 85% of the time. Dining room was based on who you might get each evening since we were select dining. No consistency there with waiters or wine staff.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
First time on the back off the ship. Loved the views but you do get residual from the smoke stack described by our room steward as black snow. The verandah was wet every morning as well. Probably would not do again. It is also a journey to get to the room since it is a long way from where the stairs or elevator lets you off. Good exercise though.

Ship tip

Very much enjoyed sitting on a balcony and enjoying the different ports and the shows were very good. The shows we liked the east were the ones put on by the Celebrity cruise members themselves. Costumes nice and colorful but shows especially Maxx were not something to remember
