Worst cruise ever, would not recommend.

Kudos for Nestor Molina and his assistant. Because of them and their attention to our needs we had a wonderful time at dinner time even though the food was not great.

Need better shows and more activities for teenagers. Excursions were late every morning for departure. Safety on excursions was not there especially in the Volcano and Hot Springs/Santorini. The boat had the most 20 life vest for 20 people. When we requested life vests for 2 of us they didn't want it to give them to us and we had to remind them that we ask before we got that excursion if life vest were gonna be provided if we need it them and we were assure that life vest would be provided for everyone.

Kudos also for Daniel Souza (concierge). For the rest of the staff on guest relations all I can say they need to keep up with their work. It was very frustrating to go the Guest Relations for help, they take all of your information and do absolutely nothing for you. They were not able to even do simple things like passing a message to someone else or even call you back with the information you need it after they told you they will call you back. Need lots of improvement in that area. Our luggage was lost for 3 days and the cruise line would not take responsibility for this. They kept blaming the airlines about the lost luggage when they knew that 50 minutes was not enough time for airlines to move luggage from one plane to another. I had call and complain about the 50 minutes layover in Munich, Germany and I was assured that everything was going to be fine. Once we arrived in Barcelona, Spain there was no one inside the terminal from celebrity cruises to greet us.

Our stateroom attendant did a wonderful job keeping our room clean. One thing I found very hard to deal with is the smell everytime you walk down the hall to your room. If someone had gone to the bathroom for #2 you can smell it all down the hall. This ship needs a lot of work when it comes to ventilation.
