7 Night Alaska/Hubbard Glacier (Seattle Roundtrip)
Sail Date: May 26, 2006
Ship: Celebrity Mercury
Cabin Type: Inside
Reviewed: 7 years ago
Several of the public areas had litter in plain view. The service at breakfast, in the main dining room was inattentive. Waiters greeted and seated you, but then had a tendency to stand in small groups and have a conversation rather than seeing to the guests. Directions to shore excursions and overall disembarking proceedures were haphazard. We had a light burnt out over our mirror the entire week. Cruise was okay but expected more. Would sail again on Royal Carribean and not Celebrity.
