What a BUST!!!!

Sail Date: October 01, 2008

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Concierge class is a waste of money! We compared amenities with our friends next door and neither of us got all that we were promised. The ship overall was quite nice - older but not too shabby. Overall appearance was okay.

Pros: That it was only 3 days of disappointment.

Cons: All of it - the lines, lack of coffee, indifference of the staff and broken sink in our cabin!

Recommends Celebrity Mercury (RETIRED)? No.
