horrible experience

Sail Date: March 01, 2008

Reviewed: 9 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Suite

safety hazards: water in our suite out of faucets was black. we had to search for answers on why: manager stated didn;t know what it was but safe to drink. did not offer alternative drinking water. Food was poor quality, like cafeteria styel, no buffet offered at dinner, hamburgers closed at 6pm, no variety, no drinks offerred for people with diabetes. restrictions on food hours, gym hours, no activities.

Pros: our royal suite, which we paid for.

Cons: safety hazards, food poor quality, restrictions, automatic 15% gratuity on everything
