Overall we enjoyed our cruise. We had the best waiter and hekper for dining we have ever had on a cruise!! They were Melwyn and Estralla and were great! We could not believe the terrible disconnect in guest relations. We were a group of 6 and like to play games together. We tried to get them to provide us a place to play where we wouldn't bother others. One person would tell us one thing and then we would be told to move. We would go back to guest services and be told something else!! Then these little silly cards were put on the tables saying no card playing right where we were last told it was O.K. to play, it was unbelievable!! They were very unprofessional!!
