A cruise into nature

Room Type: Balcony

Overall a beautiful ship, but not well maintained. There was a lack of personnel in the Oceanview Cafe. On several occasions we had to clear and clean table in order to have somewhere to sit and eat.

The cabin steward was unattentive; he barely cleaned our cabin and never vacuumed. We were given one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion for three people to share throughout the duration of the cruise. We called his extention several times and he never answered. To top it all off, we had to request a comment card because it was never left in our cabin. We have sailed with Celebrity before, and this time I was very disappointed with the service.

The linens in the room were dirty.
