What a disappointment! After hearing how fantastic Infinity was, our expectations and costs were high. But we expected a wonderful time. Food, bathroom, room, entertainment, all less than we were hoping. It was not due to the shipboard help. They really tried. But Celebrity should be ashamed to send off a shoddy vessel before making it lovely.

Food and Dining

Servers were friendly. Fine dining closed many times while we were in port. I did not pay all this money to go down the steam table lines!

Not as much and as varied as other ships we have used.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
They really tried, but the problems with the plumbing, drainage, and worn ship were beyond their abilty.

Ship Quality

Our room had worn fabrics, bleach spots on the towels, dingy, and unpleasant odor. Public areas were better. Hallways even smelled like sewer.

Cabin / Stateroom

The bathroom either smelled like a sewer, or the strong fungicide they sprayed. It was not pleasant, nor santitary.

Pros: The piano music, food on deck 10

Cons: Bad smell, oozing water in our bathroom, overflow every single day

Recommends Celebrity Infinity? No.
