Review summary
The ship had many broken parts, non-functioning equipment, and company policies that prevents the traveler from getting what they paid for in advance. Food was less than advertised, not what was on the menu, and food handlers did NOT wear gloves. Over all, Mc Donald's has higher food handling standards. The priority passes for Captain's Club card holders meant nothing and were the joke of the trip. The ship's officers were less than friendly especially the Captain, but the stateroom staff and service staff were just the opposite; very friendly. The ship needs to be docked for major repairs. This is my learned opinion having worked on Navy ships. There is major problems with their mechanical systems aboard.Ship experiences
