We just came back from a 10 day cruise to Alaska on the Celebrity Infinity in a concierge room and enjoyed our trip a lot. However, upon leaving San Francisco, it didn't seem that the crew had enough time to get our room ready (dead flowers in vases, dirty bed cover and couch, bottom sheet too short because they ran out of large ones). Once everything was resolved we had a great time. The food is fantastic. The S.S. United States dining room experience was a real treat! We signed up for 4 shore excursions and our favorite by far was the Taku Glacier Lodge Flight and Feast! The weather was beautiful and the scenery took our breath away. The Hubbard Glacier was spectacular as well as the Butchart Gardens in Victoria. Upon arriving in Vancouver we couldn't find our luggage because they had not been stored by color. It took us almost 45 minutes to locate our suitcases and noticed that one wheel on one of our new suitcase was missing. We had to file a claim which took us another 20 minutes because the crew couldn't locate the person responsible to help us. Being on deck 9 proved to be very noisy late at night and early in the morning. Finally the wrong final bill was delivered to our cabin and we had to wait to get the right one. Guest relations was not as helpful as the one in previous cruises. At times they didn't seem to know what was going on.

Pros: We loved the many ports we stopped at (7 in all) and the scenery

Cons: The lack of coordination when embarking and disembarking
