Food in Trelis restaurant was good, elsewhere it was cold and greasy. Dining staff were rude and unfriendly in buffet dining.Language barrier was a problem.
Cabin steward was awful, had to ask for towels several times, sheets and pillowcases not changed in 2 weeks. Cabin in dire need of repairs: tile coming off in shower, stains and tears in curtains, broken hair dryer.
Entertainment was poor. Couldn't find a seat in the theater so had to stand for an hour show. The no smoking policy on balconies is ridiculous. The complaints from other passengers was aggravating. The age group of the cruise passengers was shocking and made for a very boring cruise experience. The pool lounges were never available as the same people EVERYDAY saved the lounges but did not use them at the time of saving them. The rules for that were not enforced. Lounge chairs throughout the ship need replacement.
Overall, this ship needs to be overhauled completely as well as the majority of the staff. Too many negative comments to post in this review.

Recommends Celebrity Infinity? No.
