Overall very enjoyable cruise

Sail Date: July 13, 2007

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

On the only occasion that any of my family needed medical services, we were very curtly told to come back later; the doctor was out until 5pm. No one examined her. My wife fell at about 3:30pm, and all we could do was put ice (from our room) onto her knee and ankle, to try to keep down the swelling. She limped around for the next 4 days. I am a physician, and if I offered that kind of service, we'd have gone hungry a long time ago.

Pros: Transfers on and off ship were the best we've seen. Food was very good.

Cons: Needs more variey of shows. Art gallery needs twice as much space. We missed having a kitchen demo (behind the scenes in the galley)

Rhodes, Greece
A little hot, but the history and shopping was great. The food at a street-side restaurant was one of ourbest meals off the ship.
Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey
We really enjoyed the history; had an excellent guide.
Santorini, Greece
One of the most beautiful places we've seen.
