The ship got into Charleston, SC at about 6:00AM. Breakfast was served in several areasfrom 6:00AM until 8:00AM. They started calling out the colors of the checked baggage at 8:00AM (nothing happens before then so you have plenty of time to eat). When your color is called you exit the ship and proceed to the dockside warehouse where your baggage is staged by color. It took exactly 30 minutes from our call until we were on the interstate. You will need a porter to haul your baggage from the staging warehouse to the warehouse where your vehicle is parked.A dollar a bag worked out well. Come earlyon embarkation day so you will be parked closer to the pier. They finally have a good system in place. Charleston, SC, did great!
