Not sure if the headache of planning the cruise through celebrity is worth it. We may try another cruise line because of it. When you do finally board the ship, all the cares of the world melt away. The crew will make sure of that.

The staff needs to be more organized. We were supposed to get priority boarding but didn't receive it. They pulled my husband aside for no reason. Celebrity also had my stepfather's name wrong in the system even though we checked it on all paperwork.

Blu was amazing. The staff remembered what we drank and had it ready as soon as we sat down every night.

The glass demonstration used to take place throughout the cruise but they changed it to classes only. Most bars closed early. We were warned but it is still frustrating. The pools were crowded.

Staff was amazing. They were what made the cruise enjoyable. They do make you feel like a celebrity. Room stewards remember your preferences. All wait staff was attentive. The only staff that I can say something negative about was in the photo area. They had new booths set up for digital copies and prints but when you asked them about it they were rude and standoffish. Pictures at the booth were $25 but the exact same picture that they printed on the wall was only $20. Asked why and they wouldn't answer.

Ship tip
The cruise planners at Celebrity customer service kept messing up our reservation. They kept trying to blame it on our travel agent but we didn't have one. We booked directly through celebrity. Took hours on the phone with them before the cruise. I don't want to go into detail but if you can look past the stress of planning the cruise with celebrity. The actual sailing was great.
Tortola was beautiful. It's bouncing back after a couple hurricanes hit the island. If you love the beach check out Quitos at Cane bay. We had a great day relaxing here.
We did an excursion to Pearl Island. We had a meeting time and place but had to stand outside in the heat waiting for a group of people that were late. The guide wanted to leave without them but Celebrity crew made them wait. This made our shore excursion late and didn't have time to shop afterwards. In the future, I think the excursion should leave after 10 min. If everyone is not there.
