The ship was wonderful. The layout was great\, even though I never got used to how the door to our room opened (but that's true for most all cruise ships\, right?). The size was incredible\, but it seemed that compared to other ships we have been on that there was actually more room\, and better service. Everything was very well organized. Our tours went without a hitch\, embarkation and disembarkation went so smoothly. Everything worked like a well-oiled machine.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
We felt that the food needed more salt. The dining room food was fair (lobster was like eating rubber). The buffet food was good\, and there was lots of variety. Sushi was good\, indian was good\, main selections were good.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
We did not attend the shows but the DJ was excellent. One of the bands tried to do a lot of pop songs\, but unfortunately did not always know the words to the songs they were singing. The other musical groups were very good.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
We were able to switch tours with absolutely no problem. The entire staff was friendly and performed their jobs in a superior way. They are superb.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
See the general comments. Ship is spacious\, clean\, well-maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had an interior cabin\, and everything was very good there.

Pros: The days at sea were very fun on the deck!

Cons: The food needs salt!

Recommends Celebrity Equinox? Yes!
