Our cruising experience with the Equinox renewed our desire to sail with Celebrity. We sailed on the Mercury in Alaska a few years ago and that wasn't memorable\, but we found out during that cruise that it was the last one for the Mercury.

This time it sold us on cruising and taking advantage of all the amenities that you offered. We will book another for sure!

Pros: The ship\, the room\, the upscale restaurants and friendly staff.

Cons: food in the Silhouette dining room and Ocean view cafeteria. Use the chefs you have in the Murano\, and other upscale restaurants to train you cooking staff to be more creative. Another salad bar area would be nice. Everyone seemed to line up in length every meal.

As we mentioned earlier in this survey\, the upscale restaurants were not only great value for the food\, but the service as well. Silhouette and the Ocean View need help!
